The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive throughout my stay. I felt safe inside the hotel, which greatly added to my comfort. The complimentary WiFi was reliable, enabling me to stay connected easily. The presence of a cute cat roaming the lobby created a warm and welcoming vibe.

Great Service with Room for Improvement

The front desk staff provided excellent service, making arrangements for an early bus to Puerto Viejo and preparing breakfast before the usual hours. However, the advertised free parking was misleading. we ended up paying significantly for public parking nearby.

WiFi was reliable, and 24-hour reception made late check-in easy. Packed breakfast was great!

sura is a cozy spot, just 5 minutes from the bus station, making it perfect for a transit night. the staff were super helpful, waking up early to prepare a delicious breakfast for us. it’s nice to see that they’re truly dedicated to their guests.
